Stainless Steels Tubes and Pipes

Spreadon offers stainless steel tube and pipe across a wide range of diameters and wall thicknesses, with the ability to customise orders through our tube processing services. Our stainless range covers both seamless and welded construction. Seamless tube is a hollow, long steel profile mainly used for petroleum, chemical, medical, food, construction, mechanical-instrumentation, and other industrial transmission piping and mechanical structural components. Welded tube is formed from steel plate or strip via extrusion — production is simpler, more efficient, and available in more varieties, though strength is generally lower than seamless. Grade 304 is the most widely used stainless steel of all, found extensively in industrial applications and kitchen equipment.

Typical Applications

  • Petroleum and chemical process piping
  • Food and pharmaceutical processing lines
  • Construction and structural components
  • Mechanical instrumentation and transmission piping
